Terms of Service​ for Illustrations
â–¼Introduction
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- Please don't alter/trace my art and/sell as merchandise/or claim it as your own creation.
â–¼Regarding Fees
- Payment must be received in full before commission starts.
- It is possible to take advantage of rush pricing, but it may be difficult depending on my schedule.
- The price depends on the detail of your character
- Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
- These are for non-commercial personal use only. If you wish to make commercial use or merchandise, you will be charged at least 50% extra.
- Prices are in USD. I can only accept payment through Paypal.
â–¼Cancellation Policy
- If you don't receive a reply within 72 hours of contacting us to initiate a commission, we will assume that you have cancelled. (It would of course be very helpful if you could contact us when you decide to cancel.)
- Work cancelled halfway will only be refunded the portion of the work that is unfinished.

We will make up to two revisions only if there are problems or changes in the sketch.
If you wish to make more than two revisions, an additional fee will be charged.

Vtuber Body
Terms of Service for Vtuber Bodies
â–¼Introduction
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- The Vtuber body can be used to conduct broadcasts to generate income.
- You should credit me as your model artist in the bio of your SNS/streaming platform.
â–¼ Regarding rights.
- I do not allow additional clothes to be created for the model by another artist.
- You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it. The only exception is the rigger when working on the model. If there are any changes you wish to make after the commission is completed, please make sure to contact me directly.
- Editing the model's clothing without permission to create new outfits is not permitted.
- You can make simple or temporary changes to hair and eye color.
- Regarding rigging, I have a strong aversion to making excessive enlargements or employing collage-like alterations that involve significant magnification or substitution of specific parts like eyes or mouth with elements from unrelated illustrations or photographs. If I provide the illustrations, I kindly ask that you abstain from making such modifications.
- You do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.
